Meet some of the key players:
Managing Director – David Lane
David joined his father in 1987 and since beginning work as an engineer, he has progressed through the company learning and understanding all aspects of our business. David is responsible for the overall running of the company and implementing its ongoing strategy and growth.
Director – Joanne Lane
Joanne joined David in the company in 1987 and became a Director in 2001, she is responsible for the day to day financial running of the company; this includes managing the purchase ledger as well as looking after the payroll and banking.
Regional Manager – Del Guiton
Del joined DALROD on the 1st June 2007, and brings the benefit of 22 years of experience in the industry to our company. He will be available to answer all enquiries from our clients be they domestic, commercial or industrial and provide an individual solution to their requirements.
Pump Services Manager – Andy Richmond
Andy has many years experience in all aspects of pump service management. As a specialist in pump, valve & pipework, Andy oversees the smooth running of projects from pump station sourcing and installation, to maintenance and 24 hour emergency repair.
Credit Controller – Paula Halse
Paula works from our busy Head Office. Her role covers all aspects of invoicing, account queries and customer liaison.
Operations Supervisor – Colin Mackman (IOSH)
Colin is responsible for organising and ensuring all works are undertaken to the high standard our customers have come to expect. He also advises on all aspects of specialist waste transportation and disposal.
PA – Carol Whiting (IOSH)
Carol joined DALROD in 2004 and works as PA to regional manager Del Guiton, assisting in the preparation of tenders with regards to the health and safety element in addition to updating all health and safety procedures.
Franchisee Secretary – Aimi Morley
Aimi joined DALROD straight from school and having undertaken various duties within the office, is now responsible for providing day to day administrative support to our growing network of franchisees.
Rest assured, no matter what the problem, every DALROD engineer is armed with the tools and knowledge which enable them to carry out any job through to completion.
