DALROD was established in Peterborough in 1985 by Walter and Margaret Lane to offer a level of service seldom seen in the drain cleaning industry. By listening to our customers and catering to their needs it enabled us to build the foundations of what is, still to this day, a professionally run family business. We are constantly striving to better our service; as a result we have franchises around East Anglia covering Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Lincolnshire, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Bedfordshire to offer you the customer the best service we can.

We employ a team of highly trained engineers with good communication skills, each of whom is equipped with the best tools and machinery available in the trade. Our customers can therefore be assured that we have the right people with the right equipment to carry out any job through to completion.
Helping our customers
Building upon our hard earned reputation, we expanded and built a new 3000 square foot head office and workshop for the millennium. Expansion allowed us to further help our customers, offering them a swift, genuine 24 hour emergency service. Our experienced staff are constantly ready to answer calls and dispatch our highly trained engineers to site and resolve the problem. |

Founder – Walter Lane (1945 – 2008)
Together with his wife Margaret, Walter co-founded DALROD in 1985. He devoted his time and expertise to ensure that his staff give the best possible service to you the customer. |

Managing Director - David Lane
David joined his father in 1987 and since beginning work as an engineer, he has progressed through the company learning and understanding all aspects of our business. David is responsible for the overall running of the company and implementing its ongoing strategy and growth. |

Director - Joanne Lane
Joanne joined David in the company in 1987 and became a Director in 2001, she is responsible for the day to day financial running of the company; this includes managing the purchase ledger as well as looking after the payroll and banking. |

Regional Manager - Del Guiton
Del joined DALROD on the 1st June 2007, and brings the benefit of 22 years of experience in the industry to our company. He will be available to answer all enquiries from our clients be they domestic, commercial or industrial and provide an individual solution to their requirements. |

Operations Supervisor - Colin Mackman
Colin is responsible for organising and ensuring all works are undertaken to the high standard our customers have come to expect when using DALROD to resolve their drainage problems. He is also available to advise on specific requirements, including all aspects of specialist waste transportation and disposal. |

Credit Controller - Carol Whiting
Carol joined DALROD in 2004 and was recently promoted to her current position. Her role covers all aspects of invoicing, account queries and customer liaison. |

Franchisee Secretary – Aimi Parrish
Aimi joined DALROD straight from school and having undertaken various duties within the office, is now responsible for providing day to day administrative support to our growing network of franchisees. |

Regional Managers Assistant - Charlie Larham
Charlie joined the company in May 2007 and is responsible for customer liaison and administration of our busy sales department. |
