To add to the continued success of the DALROD group, Regional Manager Del Guiton announced that they are extremely pleased to have made their first major acquisition of a drainage company based in the North East.
Mike Chambers of AAA Drains, and his team, have been providing the Northumberland and surrounding areas with a wide range of drainage services for over 17 years.
This level of experience combined with DALRODs’ extensive industry knowledge gained from working throughout the whole of the UK means that customers of both companies will soon see a significant improvement in levels of service for years to come. The North East area will benefit from this combined experience and knowledge and from Tuesday 31st May 2011 will be able to access a wide range of services covered by our North East Service Centre, as well as many other specialist services covered by DALROD Head Office.
Mike Chambers will continue to play an important role within the newly merged company for the foreseeable future, and will be working closely on an advisory level with DALRODs’ existing Newcastle Service Centre to ensure a smooth changeover period.
The merger not only means that a much wider range of services will be available to our North East customers, but response times and area coverage will be significantly improved.
