Is there a callout charge?

We only charge for time spent on site. Any different terms and conditions will be discussed and agreed before a visit with your local drainage provider.

Where do you operate?

Our service centre covers the Lincoln area. However, if you are calling regarding a problem in another location, we can put you in touch with the local DALROD engineers in that area right away.

What do you charge?

We know every job is unique, so we offer bespoke pricing for every project. We charge by the hour/part-hour, including any parts that may be needed to safely complete the work. Contact us today to discuss your drainage requirements.

Do you charge fees for quoting?

No, we do not. All quotations are provided free of charge, with no obligation.

Can you come to an emergency?

Yes. If the situation is deemed to be an emergency – for example it leaves you with no working facilities – then we will do our utmost to attend the scene as fast as possible. We encourage our customers to give us as much detail as possible about the issue when calling.

Can you definitely fix this drainage problem for me?

Yes we can! With our knowledge and experience we can tackle any issue, small or large.

Why is my drain blocked?

This depends on the situation. It could be for a variety of reasons, particularly within domestic settings, but two of the most common causes are build-ups of fat, oil and grease (FOG) and scale build-up leading to shrinking pipes.

Can you come today?

We endeavour to visit all customers on the same day in order to get the problem sorted quickly and effectively.

How do you structure your prevention and pre-planned maintenance?

Our maintenance plans are tailored to individual customers’ needs. We meet with our commercial customers and look to devise a schedule of regular maintenance that suits them, helping to prevent unwanted emergencies from occurring.

Are your appointments flexible?

Yes, DALROD Lincoln is a 24/7 business. We as drainage engineers are expected to be on hand whenever our customers need us – this could be daytime, evenings, weekends or bank holidays!
