Meet some of the key players:
David joined his father in 1987 and since beginning work as an engineer, he has progressed through the company learning and understanding all aspects of our business. David is responsible for the overall running of the company and implementing its ongoing strategy and growth.
Joanne joined David in the company in 1987 and became a Director in 2001, she is responsible for the day to day financial running of the company; this includes managing the purchase ledger as well as looking after the payroll and banking.
Jon’s role as DALROD’s General Manager ensures that correct procedures are adhered to at all times and that the company keeps focus on its core values and vision. Jon is from a manufacturing background and prior to joining DALROD had 27 years experience as General Manager in the food industry and is a 6 SIGMA Black Belt in lean business principles. His outside pursuits include a big involvement with ice hockey in his role as Director of Hockey at Peterborough’s ice rink, the home of the DALROD owned Phantoms.
Bryan heads up the Sales and Business Development from the companies Head Office and does so with decades of industry related experience and a great depth of knowledge and an eye for the detail. Bryan supports the group with delivering new business and contracts driving growth into our Franchise network. Bryan, in his free time, likes to support charitable activities offering his time and support when and where he can.
Mark is an experienced salesman. Mark covers regional areas marketing our services, securing new works and contracts as well as maintaining existing client relationships and overseeing projects. Mark’s experience gives DALRODs clients a high level of customer service, high standards and excellent before and after sales care and he works closely with our operations and admin teams.
Carol joined DALROD in 2004 and her role as Office Manager encompasses a wide variety of duties to ensure the smooth running of the DALROD HQ. Carol also oversees the invoicing process for DALROD’s Service Areas, Franchisees and Partners, ensuring that our customers and DALROD internal departments including Franchisees are looked after.
Diane joined DALROD with 20+ years accounting experience within International corporate businesses. Diane oversees the smooth running of Credit Control and Accounts Payable for DALROD HQ and DALROD Franchisees.
As well as general administration work, Wendy processes all invoicing for HQ and Franchisees. Also as Front of House, Wendy meets and greets all visitors to DALROD HQ.
Working within the customer service and hospitality sector for many years, Kandice prides herself in her aptitude to deliver the best customer service possible. Her main roles as well as administration duties, is to be the first point of contact for our inbound calls and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently.
As a methodical thinker, Tom has the fantastic ability to deliver on many of the technical projects DALROD pursue. With many years in Information Technology Accounting departments and general IT , Tom makes sure each department of DALROD HQ and all our service areas run to their very best.
Heading up the marketing activities within the DALROD Group, Carrie shows her creative thinking and many years of experience in the various sectors of marketing. With the fast pace of the DALROD Group, every day brings new and exciting projects for the marketing department to deliver and interact with our customers and suppliers.
Emily, is currently on an apprenticeship with DALROD whilst actively studying for her Level 3 Diploma in Social Media and Digital Marketing. As a creative thinker and young approach to her work, it makes for some fantastic content on our every growing social media
Derek works very closely with our Franchisees and internal departments to ensure our quality, standards and compliances are aligned and at the desired levels across the group. Derek works with all, to identify areas of improvement and share best practice where appropriate throughout DALROD
