DALROD 2025: A Year of Growth, Giving Back, and Going Further

As another year draws to a close, we’re reflecting proudly on a year of innovation, community engagement and continued national growth. From expanding our customer reach, investing in the latest drainage technology, and celebrating a milestone year, 2025 has truly been one to remember.

Supporting Communities

We’re proud to support charitable efforts across our network. During November and December, DALROD head office organised donations for The Light Project in Peterborough, a local charity who provide items to the homeless during the cold winter months. Read the full story here.

This year, our teams across the UK strengthened their connections with the communities they serve. Not just through our expert services, but through meaningful outreach.

As well as this, many of our local teams and their families went out of their way to complete challenges, sponsor local sports teams and compete in charity events, reinforcing our belief that great service reaches far beyond the workplace.

 

Innovation and Service Excellence

2025 saw DALROD invest heavily in new technology. More of our franchises than ever are now equipped with tanker units, meaning they can offer an expanded range of services, with a much faster response time, than ever before.

We’ve also continued to lead the way in proactive drain care, helping domestic and commercial clients alike prevent problems before they happen. This year, more customers than ever booked pre-planned maintenance, proving that prevention really is better than cure.

 

Expanding Our Network

Our UK coverage expanded again in 2025, as our service centres opened their doors to serve even more regions.

Each DALROD franchise is operated by dedicated local owners who share our family values and commitment to excellence.

Through this expansion, DALROD continues to combine the personal service of a local business with the resources and reliability of a national network, a balance that remains at the heart of everything we do.

 

People First

At DALROD, we know that success comes from our people. In 2025, we invested in training and development programmes across our network, ensuring that every engineer has the skills and support needed to deliver outstanding service every time.

From apprenticeships that bring new talent into the drainage industry, to advanced technical training for our staff, we’ve continued to nurture the next generation of DALROD specialists.

We also took extra steps this year to recognise and celebrate our teams, culminating in awards given out at our annual conference in July. We’re so lucky to be able to say that for every successful job we complete, there’s a person behind the scenes who cares deeply about getting it right.

 

 

 A Milestone Year

This year we celebrated a landmark event. Throughout 2025, our teams across the UK came together to proudly mark our 40-year anniversary though celebratory events and competitions involving every employee across

the network. The highlight of the celebrations was an event held at Orton Hall, Peterborough, where DALROD employees and their families were treated to a (very rainy!) day of food, games and music.

Managing Director, Dave Lane, said:
