Sharni Mandair, Compliance and Standards Controller at DALROD Head Office, has recently marked a huge professional milestone by passing the NEBOSH General Certificate Qualification.
This internationally recognised qualification is widely regarded as a benchmark for health and safety professionals, and Sharni’s achievement marks another positive step in DALROD’s ongoing focus on raising standards, strengthening compliance, and embedding a robust safety culture across the network.

Completing the NEOBSH qualification involves a significant commitment to structured learning, homework, and examinations. The qualification covers key areas including health and safety management systems, risk assessment, legal frameworks, incident investigation, and the implementation of effective control measures.
Alongside academic elements, Sharni applied her learning directly to real-life scenarios within DALROD, aligning theory with operational activities and practices across the business.
