DALROD LEEDS CELEBRATE FIRST ANNIVERSARY! 

DALROD Leeds have been in operation for a whole year already and have just celebrated  their first milestone anniversary!  

The years seem to go by faster and faster and it hardly seems possibly that it was a whole year ago that Leeds joined the DALROD family. Servicing the North of the country, Leeds and the surrounding areas alongside neighbouring franchise DALROD Manchester, DALROD Leeds are offering the full range of drainage solutions to both domestic and commercial markets. 

No one ever said running a business was easy! 

As a small business operating in a new territory, it can be difficult to make a name for yourself. Gary Price, Director of DALROD Leeds, understood this and his persistence has certainly paid off. Customers are thrilled with the commitment from DALROD Leeds and the tenacity and problem solving that the team use to ensure every job is completed to the highest possible standard. 

One of the areas which helps DALROD to stand out, is the level of support provided to our new service centres. Questions about technical issues, running of day to day business or how to approach situations are welcomed by the Head Office team, and with a little guidance we can work with our business owners to get them to where they need to be. 

It takes hard work and many man hours to get off the ground and to build up a trusted reputation within the local area. Where drainage is concerned, our customers need to feel they can trust us to solve their issues particularly when emergencies happen, even if that is in the middle of the night! 

The first year has flown by.

“This first year has been a whirlwind,” said Gary. “I have worked tirelessly to impress my new customer base and to show them how important it is to keep their drains maintained and free flowing. Every day is different and brings about new challenges which makes me love what I do!” 

Our local service centres also have the support from the wider network to call upon when needed. This is valuable as it allows new businesses to learn from others and to lean on the many years of experience gained, there is nothing that we haven’t seen before in the world of drainage! The network are great at assisting with anything from lending a hand on larger scale works, right through to smaller pieces of advice to help with learning on the job! 

What happens next? 

The next goal for DALROD Leeds is to expand the team, growing the number of vehicles on the road will be key for helping to service all those happy customers! More vehicles means more team members, so this will also be a key part of Garys next phase of business.
