The DALROD Nottingham team recently attended a property to complete a planned replacement of a lower cast stack section from the WC.
Discovering Hidden Defects
During removal, our engineers identified a defect in the upper section of the stack. With the customer’s approval, we replaced an additional 2 metres to ensure the system was fully sound.
A Complete Drainage Upgrade
We also removed the leaking rainwater downpipe and broke out the old clay gully rest bend. A brand new black PVC stack and downpipe were then installed, along with a new rest bend and gully. This resulted in a reliable, modern drainage setup ready to stand the test of time.
