Congratulations are in order in the DALROD office as Lewis Pereira from our Key Accounts team has completed his Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship!
Lewis has been studying towards the qualification over the last 2 years. All the hard work and determination have finally paid off as he passed the course with flying colours just before the Christmas break. Lewis has been completing his studies alongside his day-to-day role here at DALROD, juggling study and work – something that requires a lot of organisational skills and discipline. What a fantastic achievement!
Apprenticeship schemes are a fantastic way of learning new skills whilst gaining real life industry experience and receiving a Nationally recognised qualification. Lewis said ‘’I have really enjoyed studying for this qualification and whilst it has been hard work, it has provided me with skills for life. I think it is beneficial to study whilst working as it allows you to put knowledge into practice in a real-life work setting.’’

Learning on the job is a fantastic way of putting knowledge into practice and courses such as the one Lewis has completed are helping us to uncover new and emerging talent amongst individuals.
Lewis will be applying everything he has learnt during this apprenticeship into his business administration role as he continues his development journey with DALROD.
