The DALROD family has grown over recent years and in January, Manchester became the most recent territory to come onboard. They are a local team made up of Jill Brierley, acting as Managing Director, and a team of Drainage Engineers who are out on the road providing a first-class service to their customers. Our Manchester service centre may have only been open a few months, but they are already proving to be a big success in the local community!

Engineers Scott and Euan were recently called out to a retirement property run by a regular customer to carry out some repair work. The property had been experiencing a few drainage issues, and after scanning the area, several cracks and displacements were discovered under the surface. This is an issue we see all too often in residential buildings, often caused by tree roots and general wear and tear.
The latest no-dig technology was used to prevent any inconvenience and costly excavations, whilst ensuring the issues were resolved. No dig technology is a fantastic non-invasive alternative for drainage repairs. This results in no damage to your property and less downtime for customers. The area was then re-surveyed to not only show what work had been carried out, but to also show what further works should be considered.
Staff and residents from the retirement property had nothing but positive comments about the service that they received from the DALROD Manchester service centre. Several residents commented on how courteous they were whilst others were impressed at how tidy they kept the area throughout. As a result, unlimited cups of tea were also on the agenda!
